ON DEATH

For several years now, Judith Samen has been exploring the theme of death. 
This theme, which emerged early in her work, has been refined and expanded with new pieces. Through photography and other media, the artist explores this weighty subject and attempts to approach the unspeakable through various complex approaches. In doing so, she moves between raw realism and veiled poetry. The exhibition is conceived as a total work of art, into which Judith Samen integrates works by her students.
